First is the 1906 Peabody Atlas of Coal Shippers. This contains not only the data for mines for the central US, it also discusses advances in refining and other coal use furnace aspects, information, & drawings. it also contains charts graphs and data that an individual in 1906 would want to have before investing in this company.
The second book shows the layout of hatches and capacity of the primary eastern
US serviced colliers, both sail and steam, for the period right before World War 1. In many cases it tells which pier and where the ship was most recently loaded.
This book has 108 pages with 107 pages of data, folios, & tables.
