This book contains drawings of the motive power operating on the Lehigh Valley Railroad during the early part of the Depression Era. It surprisingly includes not
only Steam locomotives but also Gas, Diesel, and Oil Electric locomtoives.
The drawings are essentially blueprints that a skilled employee could recognize, repair, and service equipment that was in use. They also provided unit number data.
This data is something that each railroad had on hand for their crews operating
the trains and the shops in the areas concerned. In the case where repairs
were necessary these were used to help restore damaged equipment.
Due to the poor quality of the originals many of the folios required editing.
This book has 72 pages with 71 Diagrams, Illustrations, & tables.
