This book contains drawings of the equipment that was operating on the Clinchfield in 1980. At different times in history the Clinchfield has been overshadowed by larger roads that now are parts of the CSX or NS but in 1980, it was holding its own.
The drawings are essentially blueprints that a skilled employee could
recognize, repair, and service equipment that was in service.
This data is something that each railroad had on hand for their crews operating
the trains and the shops in the areas concerned. In the case where repairs
were necessary these were used to help restore damaged equipment.
Due to the poor quality of the originals many of the folios required editing.
Where present, there is data about the specific class or road number series.
This book has 50 pages with 50 folios & tables.
